Shoe care recommendations:
- We do not recommend washing shoes in a washing machine. Any mode (even the most delicate) will spoil the properties and quality of the shoes. Washing under running water is also not recommended
- it is forbidden to dry shoes on heating surfaces (radiators, etc.)
- Wet shoes should be dried naturally at room temperature and special devices should be used to maintain their shape
- when putting on shoes, we recommend using a shoe horn so that the shoes do not lose their original appearance
- do not use the same pair of shoes every day, let the shoes rest, dry and take their original shape
- we recommend storing shoes in a dry and clean state in a box with holders inside to maintain the correct shape
- it is important to observe the seasonality of shoes: it is not recommended to wear shoes made of textile or suede during rainy weather. Sneakers are not designed for temperatures below +7 °C
- Avoid pulling the laces too tightly at the ankle joint as this can damage the shoe and the binding
Leather shoes:
- Use a soft damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Regularly apply a special shoe cream to maintain the elasticity of the leather and prevent cracks.
- Treat with water-repellent sprays to protect against moisture.
Suede shoes:
- Use a suede brush to remove stains and dust along with special products (foams and restoring sprays). To fluff up suede, simply walk over dry shoes with a clean suede brush.
- Periodically treat your shoes with suede sprays that protect against water and dirt to maintain their appearance.
- We recommend that you treat your shoes well before going outside for the first time and let them dry naturally, leaving them for 24 hours until they are completely dry.
Caution: Avoid contact with water as this may leave stains. Suede shoes are designed for dry weather (winter shoes are designed for dry and frosty weather).
Textile shoes:
- Remove light dirt with a soft brush or cloth.
- For stains, we recommend using a special cleaning foam or soap solution.
- Use special sprays for textiles to prevent contamination.
